Annual Membership Survey: You said, we did

The 2021 OU Students Association Annual Membership Survey is now live!

The survey will be open until Sunday 12 December and you can find out how to take part by clicking here.

Those taking part can opt to enter our amazing prize draw, where prizes include:

A laptop (worth up to £600)
1 of 2 tablets (worth up to £400) – kindly sponsored by the Vice Chancellor Executives office and the OU Marketing & Communications office.
1 of 5 £150 shopping vouchers – Kindly sponsored by the OU faculties.
1 of 10 £25 shopping vouchers.

Time and flexibility was the biggest barrier to engaging with volunteering activities

Used this evidence to support the introduction of Microvolunteering, which is a great initiative allowing students to volunteer on their own terms and engage as much or as little as they want. There is a wide selection of Association activities to choose from where you can gain new skills and meet fellow students.

Better communication across a variety of platforms would help you stay up to date with Association news, events, activities, and services.

So we…

Are working to refresh our website with increased functionality.
We are also working closely with the Open University to improve visibility of our offering across their communication platforms. Keep your eyes peeled for more exciting developments coming in 2022!

Now include a ‘welcome to The Association’ leaflet in all module packs. The leaflet includes a QR to scan and find out more information about The Association.
