    In June 2019, Sinha announced that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.

I use masculine pronouns when referring to myself, but feminine pronouns when I describe my alter ego. I consider myself a gay man.

    Thomas Neuwirth (born 6 November 1988) is an Austrian singer, recording artist, and drag queen who is known for his stage persona Conchita Wurst (also known mononymously as Conchita). 

    Conchita came to international attention after winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 as Austria's entrant with the song "Rise Like a Phoenix". 

    Neuwirth uses masculine pronouns when referring to himself but feminine pronouns to describe Conchita.

I have been married twice, but came out as gay when my first marriage ended. I now have two children and even though I have been in the music industry for a while, I'm still standing!

    In the late 1960s, John was engaged to be married to his first lover, secretary Linda Woodrow, who is mentioned in the song "Someone Saved My Life Tonight". 

    He married German recording engineer Renate Blauel on 14 February 1984.  John had come out as bisexual in a 1976 interview with Rolling Stone, but, after his divorce from Blauel in 1988, he told the magazine in 1992 that he was "quite comfortable about being gay".

    In 1993, John began a relationship with David Furnish who he formed a civil partnership with on 21st December 2005. They later married on 21st December 2014.
