As the flowers begin to bloom and the weather starts to improve, it's clear that spring has arrived. Often associated with the fresh and new, spring could be a good opportunity to try some of the following:
Spring cleaning – Cleaning has been proven to support a strong immune system and reduce stress. A clean bedroom can also help improve your sleep, whilst working in a clear space helps to increase your productivity.
Getting outdoors – With the lighter nights and nicer weather comes the opportunity to get some exercise and Vitamin D, both proven immune system boosters and mood enhancers.
