Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

²     He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
³     he refreshes my soul.

He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.

⁴ Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

⁵ You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.

⁶ Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.

We wanted to share this scripture with you all as it really shows how our Heavenly Father provides everything we need! As students, we all know how busy and hectic life can get, and sometimes it gets too much to handle. And as Christians, thats where our faith kicks in – we know where we need to turn.

Surely your goodness and love will follow me
    all the days of my life,

The goodness and love of Jesus follows us, and He is always ready to welcome us into His peace and love!

We are a group of students from different walks of life, but who are united by our faith. Our aim is to support other Christian students, staff and alumni and to create a community of Christians studying with the Open University as well as sharing more about what we believe in with our wider community of students, staff and alumni.
