I lead a group of prisoners in a warehouse, picking, packing, and despatching ambient and food products. I am making sure our environment is sustainable. DHL make its facilities carbon neutral by designing all new buildings with a zero-carbon footprint (started in 2021), increasing green electricity and heating, fueling e-vehicle fleets with local renewable sources, and implementing intelligent facility management systems. My responsibility is to ensure we use less plastic and cardboard in our production line.
