<div class="fr-view"><p><a href="https://www.open.edu/openlearncreate/course/view.php?id=16298" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Words of Wisdom</a> is a project which is building an online compendium of sustainability in education examples, or ‘Words of Wisdom’, gathered from colleagues across The Open University (OU) and beyond. Each Word of Wisdom is designed to be something that others can take inspiration from and use in their own practice. We really valued your insights and feedback last year and would like your help again. We would like you to review the Words of Wisdom we have gathered and provide insight into what resonates, motivates and matters most to you as learners by completing a short survey.</p>
<p>We expect the survey to take you approximately 15 to 35 mins. In the survey you will work through each section and indicate which Word of Wisdom stands out the most with you and why. Your input will help educators at the OU and across the higher education sector to better understand what is important and impactful to learners.</p>
<p>The <a href="https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/Ysp50qRxv7" target="_blank" rel="noopener">survey</a> will be open from 12th October 2026 to 30th November 2026. All responses will be anonymised and you will be asked if you consent for the use of your quotes in the online compendium. It can be accessed by following <a href="https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/Ysp50qRxv7">the link provided here</a>.</p>
<p>The survey data and consented quotes will be added to the online compendium to help educators who use the Words of Wisdom compendium to decide what will fit with their practice and educational goals. There are examples from the 2025 student review in the <a href="https://www.open.edu/openlearncreate/course/view.php?id=16298">current compendium</a>.</p>
<p>To thank you for your time, participants will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a Go Green mug or book from the OU&#8217;s Sustainability swap shop, and <span data-teams="true">a £100 voucher for Kip Hideaways (UK holidays)</span>. Winners will be contacted during December 2026.</p>
