<div class="fr-view"><p>The Open University will be running its third annual Giving Day from 9.00am on 5 July to 9.00pm on 6 July, and we hope all our OU family can join us for this very special event.</p>
<p>Throughout the 36 hours, we are inviting our alumni and supporters to do something truly special and change someone’s life forever by giving them an incredible opportunity to access OU study through a scholarship.</p>

<p>The Giving Day will be raising money in support of the Open Futures Fund. The Fund supports a unique range of scholarships and bursaries that are vital in helping people to take their very first steps on a new path, full of hope and opportunity, all driven by the incredible power of education.</p>
<p>Scholarships through the Open Futures Fund are helping disabled veterans, unpaid carers, black students and those seeking sanctuary in the UK. Young people who have experience of being in the care system also have the life-changing experience of becoming a proud OU student.</p>
