Whether you’re a new, returning, or continuing student, or simply passionate about understanding our incredible planet, we invite you to join our online Welcome Event.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about the OU School of Environment, Earth and Ecosystem Sciences (EEES), connect with staff and fellow students, and discover the opportunities available to you throughout your studies.
During the event, you’ll:
- Go behind the scenes with our Head of School, Professor Carlton Wood, and discover the many roles that keep our school running.
- Learn about the exciting research taking place across the school.
- Gain valuable study tips and advice from our tutors.
- Explore the support and opportunities available through the Careers and Employability team.
- Discover volunteering opportunities during a special talk from the Head of Volunteering and Participation at the National Trust.
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with academics, tutors and fellow students, while learning how to make the most of your time at STEM.
