I am writing this from the train on my way to Yorkshire, off to meet fellow students (some of whom I have the privilege to represent) before we take on three peaks of Yorkshire, walking 24 miles in 12 hours covering three major peaks.
We are trying to raise money for the Open University Students Educational Trust, which provides funding to students in financial hardship who have completed 60 credits of study and cannot find the support anywhere else – because no student should have their potential cut!
