This is my tribute to mark the celebrations of the Open University's 50th Birthday.
It is an edit of a photograph that I took while on campus in Milton Keynes last spring as a student volunteer. I thought that by turning the photo into black & white represents the period when the OU first opened its doors to students from all backgrounds 50 years ago, whilst, keeping the world famous OU logo and words in the striking and contrasting blue represents the progression into the current time. The Open University always ahead of its time 🙂
Happy Birthday OU #OU50
Great photo Colin!
If it’s supposed to be 1969 or the 1970s, the O needs to be bigger, e.g. https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/81x7DlaVJKL.jpg or https://i.ytimg.com/vi/RyqX4tZ6d8Q/hqdefault.jpg
