We are proud to announce the upcoming launch of a new newsletter for International Students at the OU!
Ran by Kate Wells, Association Area Representative for Continental Europe, this new newsletter will contain what's happened in the past month and what's coming up in the next few months.
This will be a very useful way to stay in touch with your Area Rep, along with having a lot of useful links. In other words, the newsletter will give a condensed synopsis on the latest news with the Association, with ways on how to help get involved, specifically targeted at international students.
Kate said:
The International Students Newsletter will be an additional way of creating a richer sense of community for those of us not in the UK. Its features will include an update on what has been happening at the Association, upcoming events, answers to students’ queries, competitions, notes and reminders.
This new addition to our range of newsletters follows the success of the Welsh Newsletter, recently introduced by Hanna Silk, Association Area Representative for Wales. Published seasonally, this newsletter has been enthusiastically welcomed by Welsh students.
